Dress for Success® Worldwide is the leading global nonprofit employment resource for unemployed and underemployed women. We have been at the forefront of women’s economic development for 27 years. Through our no-fee career development, job skills preparedness, mentoring and coaching, financial education, and professional attire services the women we serve are provided with the tools and skills to achieve economic self-independence.

Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to 130 affiliates across 15 countries and has helped more than 1.3 million women work towards self-sufficiency.
